Account Registration & Terms

Customer Definition

Trademarks and copyrights

Agreement and program terms

The term of this Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your Program application and ends when either party terminates it.You or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice.An e-mail notification sent to your address on record is sufficient notice to terminate this Agreement.DINESHBHAI PATOLAWALA may terminate the Program at any time.

Termination

In its sole discretion, DINESHBHAI PATOLAWALA may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Program. As a result of such termination, your Affiliate Account will be deactivated or deleted, and any potential or accrued commissions in your Account will be forfeited and relinquished if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.DINESHBHAI PATOLAWALA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.In the event that this Agreement is terminated for any reason, you will immediately cease to use and remove from your site all links to DINESHBHAI PATOLAWALA's website and all our images and other materials.

Relationship between parties

We are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between us.You are not authorized to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.This Agreement prohibits you from making any statement, whether on your site or elsewhere, that reasonably would contradict it. 

Entire agreement

We agree that these Terms, as well as any documents expressly referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the use of the Program and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us.Each of us acknowledges that, in entering into these Terms, neither of us relied on any representation, undertaking, or promise given by the other or implied from anything said or written prior to entering into these Terms, except as expressly stated herein.Prior to the date we entered into these Terms, neither of us shall have any remedy in respect of any untrue statement made by the other (unless it was made fraudulently), and the other party's only remedy is breach of contract, as described in these Terms.
